Overview
We are seeking a reliable and patient Dog Pack Hiker to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who love dogs, can drive well and enjoy spending time outdoors. As a Dog Pack Hiker, you will be responsible for up to 6 dogs at a time, which requires building trust and confidence as the pack leader. While also ensuring their safety and well-being of your pack during walks. Your ability to engage with both pets and their owners will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Walk dogs of various sizes and temperaments, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and socialization.
- Willingness to learn how to control multiple dogs on a hike, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with our team.
- Report any health or behavioural concerns to the pet owner promptly.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with both dogs and their owners.
- Pick up and drop off your pack of dogs.
Requirements
- Very good driver. Clean driving history and valid driver’s license
- Physically fit and comfortable in all weather
- Previous experience with dog handling or pet care is preferred.
- A suitable vehicle to transport dogs is preferred.
- Good customer service skills to foster positive relationships with pet owners.
- Must be punctual, and able to work independently.

Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour
