In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that our Teamcenter PLM and Siemens Rulestream systems are effectively aligned with business processes, leading to improved solution design development and lifecycle management.
You will report directly to our IT Director and you’ll work out of our Markham, Canada location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems like Rulestream
- 5+ years of experience delivering digital process improvement, business stakeholder management.
- 5+ years of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience managing large complex engineering transformation projects from requirements to execution to adoption
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in PLM systems and project management.
- Excellent problem solving skills to dig deeper into challenging solutions and provide value driven solutions that have direct impact to business outcomes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for staying updated with emerging IT trends and technologies.
- Worked with business stakeholders managing requirements and working with corporate team to drive business and technology transformation
The annual base salary pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 in Markham, ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
