Responsibilities
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office.
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Perform filing, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
- Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized files and ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
Experience
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training to get you up to speed.
- Looking for a stable, long-term commitment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette are required to handle front desk responsibilities effectively.
