We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman who’s ready to lead crews, solve problems on the fly, and take pride in bringing high-end outdoor spaces to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a small crew on residential and commercial landscape construction projects.
- Build retaining walls, patios, water features, grading, lighting, sod, irrigation systems, and more.
- Problem-solve in real time to keep projects on schedule and up to our high standards.
- Safely operate a 1-ton truck with a landscape trailer.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and management.
- Ensure every project is completed with quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in mind.
What You Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience as a landscape foreman in construction/hardscaping.
- Experience operating a 1-ton truck and trailer.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work long days in variable outdoor conditions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems and adapt on the fly.
- Snow and ice maintenance experience is a strong asset.
