Hands on sous-chef, working along side executive chef. Must have experience in cooking Italian and enjoy using your creative talent to come up with daily specials or menu additions. Must have a high level of integrity, lead by example, and inspire a 'one team' attitude between kitchen and front of house. Use of leadership skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail are also musts. We are open for dinner only.
