About Us
Sparkle Heavenly Cleaning Corp. is a growing commercial and post-construction cleaning company serving clients across the GTA and surrounding areas. We specialize in post-construction cleaning, commercial maintenance, restaurants, offices, and specialty cleaning projects.
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Cleaning Supervisor / Team Lead to oversee cleaning crews, ensure quality standards are met, and represent our company on-sites
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff on job sites
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and client expectations
- Communicate directly with clients, site supervisors, and project managers as required
- Train and mentor new cleaners
- Coordinate crew assignments and workflow on-site
- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Report issues, deficiencies, or site concerns promptly
- Assist with cleaning duties when required
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in commercial and/or post-construction cleaning is a strong asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site
- Reliable transportation is required
- Valid driver's licence required
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong attention to detail
