We have build the best dealership, now we are building the best team! The O’Neill Automotive Group is looking for an individual that is career driven and ambitious for the position of Finance and Insurance Consultant at our Nissan Mount Pearl location.

As a Finance and Insurance Consultant, the duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
- Conducting all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle
- Maintaining control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the office
- Assisting the sales staff in preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival
- Assisting the sales staff regarding benefits of finance and lease programs
- Following up with previous and new customers to build and maintain rapport and relationships
- Ensuring customer service is top priority
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (prior automotive dealership experience considered an asset)
- Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems experience preferred, but not required
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid NL Drivers license
- Must be able to provide a clear code of conduct and drivers abstract
