The Role

- Managing projects valued from $25 million to $50 million+

- Coordinating owners, architects, engineers, consultants, municipalities, site teams and subcontractors
- Maintaining control of project costs, forecasts, commitments, billings, change management and monthly reporting
- Reviewing contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and change documentation
- Working closely with Site Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, safety and constructability
- Identifying contractual, schedule and procurement risks early and developing practical solutions
- Leading client and consultant meetings and providing clear, accurate project reporting
- Supporting and mentoring Project Coordinators and other members of the project team
- Maintaining strong relationships with the local trades, suppliers and consultants critical to successful delivery

- A strong working network of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants in London and Southwestern Ontario
- Detailed knowledge of the local trade market, pricing environment, building practices and municipal processes
- Strong command of construction contracts, scheduling, procurement, cost control, forecasting and change management
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing sophisticated owners and consultants
