Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada’s only national car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores and 4 distribution centres across the country. We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our Moncton team.
The Store Manager is responsible for leading store operations, driving sales performance, developing team members, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
Wage Range
$70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team focused on delivering “The Right Customer Experience”
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective store management and customer engagement
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and store objectives
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service activities
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve targets
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and store performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners
- Promote a wide range of automotive accessories and vehicle upgrade solutions
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed
- Manage Accessory Technicians and drive installation efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of leadership or management experience, preferably within the automotive, retail, or related industry
- Experience leading and supervising multiple automotive technicians in a high-volume service environment
- Experience managing budgets, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for the automotive industry and vehicle accessories is considered an asset
