We are looking for an energetic and reliable Team Member to join our team at Unicorn Tea House. In this multi-functional role, you will be cross-trained across cashier, barista, and kitchen operations to ensure smooth daily service and deliver exceptional beverage experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Cashier & Customer Service
- Operate the POS system to accurately process orders and handle payments.
- Welcome guests, explain menu items, provide drink recommendations, and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and assist with front-counter organization
- Barista Operations
- Handcraft bubble teas, slushes, specialty drinks according to standard recipes and quality controls.
- Customize sweetness, ice levels, and toppings accurately based on customer preferences.
- Keep the beverage preparation station clean, sanitized, and fully stocked during peak hours.
- Kitchen & Food Preparation
- Cook and prepare daily toppings (boba, tea jellies, puddings, etc) and fresh tea bases following strict food safety standards.
- Assist in simple food or snack prep and maintain proper ingredient storage and rotation (FIFO).
- Assist with inventory receiving, kitchen restocking, and deep cleaning schedules.
- General Store Support
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the store.
- Actively participate in ongoing training to master all three core operational stations.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
