The Opportunity
If you’re an experienced Property Manager who’s tired of working in a reactive, overly bureaucratic environment, this could be a refreshing change.
Attree Properties is a family-owned and operated commercial real estate company in Burlington. We take a personal, hands-on approach to property management—one where tenants are known and valued, issues are addressed promptly, and good ideas don’t have to work their way through layers of bureaucracy.
We’re looking for a Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership, building strong tenant relationships, and keeping the many moving pieces of a commercial property organized and running smoothly.
Your role will span the administrative and operational side of our properties, including tenant relations, building operations, leasing, financial management, record keeping, compliance, and planning. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with ownership and make a meaningful impact on both the properties you manage and the experience of the businesses that call them home.
This is a broad-ranging role, but you won’t be expected to simply put out fires. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, responsive, and takes pride in anticipating issues, following through on commitments, and creating a well-run environment for our tenants.
Why Work With Us?
At Attree Properties, we believe great property management is about more than keeping buildings running. It’s about taking ownership, building strong relationships, solving problems thoughtfully, and creating an environment where both our tenants and our team can thrive.
We’re a family-owned business, which means we care deeply about the quality of what we do and the relationships we build along the way. We value people who take initiative, think for themselves, and care about doing things the right way—not simply the easiest way.
Our culture is grounded in six core values that guide how we work, make decisions, and treat one another.
Our Values
Accountable
Take ownership of your work and your decisions. Treat the buildings and company resources as if they were your own. Follow through on commitments, take pride in the details, and always look for ways to make things better.
Tenant-Centric
Our tenants are our guests, and we want them to feel that way. We believe great service is about being responsive, proactive, and thoughtful—not simply responding when something goes wrong. Small gestures and attention to detail can make a big difference.
Teamwork
We succeed together. We share information, help one another, and communicate openly. We trust our colleagues to do their part and step in when support is needed. There’s no room for “that’s not my job” when the team needs to get something done.
Rational
Good property management requires good judgment. We look beyond the immediate problem, ask the right questions, and work toward practical, long-term solutions. We use facts, data, and the “5 Whys” to understand root causes rather than simply treating symptoms.
Empathetic
We try to see things from the other person’s perspective. Whether we’re dealing with a tenant concern, a vendor, or a colleague, we listen first, communicate respectfully, and consider how our decisions affect others.
Ethical
Do the right thing—even when no one is watching. We believe trust is earned through consistency, honesty, and integrity, and we expect everyone on our team to protect that trust in every interaction.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced commercial property management professional who enjoys taking ownership and getting things done.
You’re organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces at once. You can deal with a tenant concern in the morning, review a vendor quote at lunch, and work through a budget or lease administration issue in the afternoon—without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You don’t need to be told what needs to be done every step of the way. You notice things, ask questions, solve problems, and follow through.
Most importantly, you care about doing good work. You understand that successful property management is built on strong relationships, attention to detail, responsiveness, and long-term thinking.
If our values resonate with you and you’re looking for a role where you can make a real contribution, build something over the long term, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about its work, we’d love to hear from you.
