Job Description:
Go Langley Subaru is looking for an experienced Journeyman / Automotive Service Technician to join our busy service team.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants steady workflow, premium brand training, a clean professional shop, and long-term growth with one of Canada’s largest automotive groups.
$37-43 flat rate depending on experience and ability. Bonus structure for production.

Multiple schedules available: Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday, standard hours (8:00- 4:30)

OEM training and development

Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles
Complete maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical, HVAC, cooling, and related systems
Perform accurate inspections
Write clear repair stories using condition, cause, and correction notes
Support customer-facing repair videos and explanations
Road test vehicles for diagnosis and quality control
Identify and communicate recommended repairs
Follow warranty, recall, safety, and dealership procedures
Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow technicians
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Journeyman / Automotive Service Technician certification required
Previous dealership experience required
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Own tools required
Valid driver’s license required
Strong documentation habits
Comfort with inspections, repair videos, and detailed repair stories
CDK or similar dealership system experience is an asset
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to keep learning
