Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner / Turnover Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves preparing homes and suites between guest stays and ensuring each property is fully guest-ready. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Scheduling varies based on guest bookings and occupancy levels. Sunday availability is required.
Position Details
- Part-Time Permanent
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Additional hours may be available during peak periods

- Starting wage: $20 per hour

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Complete arrival and departure photo documentation.
- Conduct turnovers efficiently to meet scheduled appointment times.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed during cleaning procedures.
- Restock supplies, stage properties according to company standards, and ensure homes are guest-ready upon completion.
- Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, missing inventory, and cleanliness issues.
- Communicate efficiently with the Operations team regarding property conditions, damages, maintenance concerns, inventory needs, and schedule updates.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in every job.
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Previous residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or short-term rental experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining company standards.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of assigned turnovers and cleaning tasks within scheduled time frames.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to represent the company positively when interacting with guests, owners, contractors, or building staff.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests as necessary.
- Reliable transportation required. Ability to travel between properties throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.
- Smartphone with reliable internet access required. Wifi provided at all locations.
