We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hotel located in a welcoming Northern BC community. This is a great opportunity

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Manage front desk, housekeeping, and guest services staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest concerns
- Coordinate staffing schedules and daily operations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards

- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
