Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our projects, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Previous job experience with whipper snipping, ride-on lawn mowing and push mowing is an asset, however training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing tasks as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work trucks and trailers
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items of varying weights
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Prior experience is not mandatory; however, previous manual labour or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manual work environment is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Pay: $20.00-$29.03 per hour
