Coral Club is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to manage, develop, and support the sales process in North America.

As an RSM, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the sales process and supporting an existing sales team (product Distributors)
- Creating and building partnerships with regional Distributors
- Establishing and maintaining conditions for Distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentations, communication procedures, and marketing promotions
- Motivating and supporting Distributors with the latest news and information
- Analyzing KPIs for the region
- Encouraging Distributors to achieve their targets/goals
- Understanding the regional market and its development
- Collaborating with the analytics department based on statistical data
We’re looking for someone with:
- More than 2 years of experience in sales (experience with health and beauty products is an advantage)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities, customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to make key decisions
- Knowledge and understanding of the network marketing industry (this is an advantage)
- A high level of spoken and written English (Russian is a definitive advantage)
