We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst - Digital to join our finance team within our Winnipeg Office at 140 Otter Street.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance - Digital, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance and growth of Pollard’s Digital business. This position partners closely with finance, technology, product, operations, and commercial teams to provide meaningful financial insights, support planning and decision-making, and improve visibility across a complex, global digital business.

What You'll Do
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modelling for the Digital business
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, management reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance insights that support financial stewardship and operational decision-making
- Analyze financial results and variances to identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead and support month-end and quarter-end financial processes, including complex accounting assessments, reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition, financial statement review, audit support, and related internal controls.
- Partner with product, technology, operations, and commercial teams on business cases, pricing analysis, contract reviews, and strategic initiatives
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support resource allocation, spending decisions, and strategic investments
- Improve reporting processes, data quality, dashboards, and financial workflows through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate proactively with finance teams and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities to enhance financial visibility, maintain financial integrity, and support business performance

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit, assurance, financial reporting, or corporate finance
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, financial statement analysis, or performance analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting concepts, and internal controls
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and variance analysis capabilities
- Strong communication, business partnering, and relationship management skills
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- CPA designation or active enrollment in the CPA program is preferred
- Other relevant professional credentials, such as CFA or MBA, may be considered an asset
