Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing, repairing, and restoring windows and doors in residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Measure openings precisely using blueprint reading and schematics to ensure proper fitment of windows and doors
- Remove old or damaged windows and doors with the use of hand tools and power equipment, ensuring a clean workspace
- Install new windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications, schematics, and safety protocols
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to prevent air or water leaks, ensuring energy efficiency and durability
- Perform restoration work on existing installations, including construction painting, carpentry repairs, or plumbing adjustments as needed
- Use welding or flooring installation skills when required for specialized projects or structural support
- Read blueprints accurately to coordinate with other trades such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical teams for seamless project execution
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles with a focus on window and door installation or related fields
- Familiarity with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, levels, and saws
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for precise installations
- Experience in restoration projects involving window or door replacement or repair is preferred
- Ability to work with diverse materials including wood, vinyl, aluminum, or composite products
- Skills in construction painting, tile laying, flooring installation, plumbing, welding or caulking are advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong safety awareness with adherence to OSHA standards and local building codes

Pay: $18.09-$36.88 per hour
