Job Summary
BMAC Technologies and Consulting Inc. (BMACTC) is actively searching for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all facets of our projects, ensuring exceptional quality while delivering top-notch client service. We seek an individual who is driven by results, sets and achieves high performance benchmarks, boasts a proven history of excellence, and possesses strong communication skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Perform project design including load calculation and prepare AutoCAD/Revit drawings for plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection projects.
- Develop business development skills to continue existing client relationships and to build new ones
- Reviews for completeness and accuracy at various stages of development and as defined by internal total quality management.
- Provide detail observation report during the construction phase in coordination with architect and senior project manager.
The following qualifications are required:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in
- Mechanical degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- Proven working knowledge with AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Demonstrate understanding of plumbing, fire protection and HVAC.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a complex environment, dealing with multiple projects and clients.
- Demonstrate experience working with other consultants and contractors, and coordination of major projects.
- Have excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, methods and standards.
