Key Accountabilities:
Assists with processing of loan applications by obtaining required legal documentation and searches; enters credit information into Eroworks.
Provides administrative support in the member annual review process.
Assists members with deposit and loan inquiries; processes transactional requests.
Processes member applications for Customer Automated Fund Transfer (CAFT) and Business MasterCard services; provides product assistance.
Ensures all assigned activities are in compliance with Risk Management policies and procedures.
Provides assistance with third party credit inquiries.
Provides administrative support to the Business Banking department across all branches as required.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all lending policies and procedures and a working knowledge of the CUDGC Credit Lending Guidelines.
Reviews Risk Management policies and procedures on an annual basis, including but not limited to, Robbery – BDA procedures, Proceeds of Crime procedures and Working Alone procedures.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:
2 - 3 years experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Experience in retail banking.
Grade 12 education or equivalent.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and aptitude to learn other programs.
Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good aptitude for numbers, with fast and accurate data entry skills.
Attention to detail.
