hands-on directly with your F&A manager and multi-functional teams to
develop a better understanding of our business and customers. Ownership of projects
will allow you to demonstrate your ability to think strategically and
critically by making recommendations to senior leadership to solve current
business challenges.

A fall co-op position in Finance with

P&G Canada could include providing financial leadership to:
Business teams based around key
P&G brands, such as Tide®, Pampers®, Crest®, or Gillette®
Customer teams based around key
retailers, such as Walmart, Costco, Loblaws or Shoppers Drug Mart

co-op position will provide you with early responsibility in areas such as:

  • Business planning to set/manage short- and
long-term goals, including identifying key opportunities to exceed current
targets and mitigating future business risks;

  • Financial analysis on plans or projects to
determine strategic priorities and payout of projects and to set direction for
future plans;

  • Develop an understanding of key external
market trends including competitive benchmarking, key business drivers and
sales channel analysis;

  • Turning ideas into tangible opportunities to
maximize revenue, profit and share growth.

You will have a
mid-term and end-of-term evaluation, which are structured to help assess your
strengths as well as areas of improvement. Our interns and co-op students
are considered the best pipeline of talent for our full-time, permanent positions.
Upon completion of your fall co-op work term, your performance will be
evaluated and potential future full-time offers from P&G will be discussed
openly and with candor.
