About the Role Garage Banners Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Sign and Graphic Installer to join our production and installation team. With over 30 years in the signage industry, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier quality for our clients. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for the precise application of high-quality vinyl graphics across a variety of surfaces. Your primary duties will include: Fleet Wraps: Expertly applying full and partial vehicle wraps with a focus on clean edges, proper heat setting, and seamless alignment. Wall & Floor Wraps: Installation of commercial wall murals and floor graphics, ensuring proper surface preparation and adhesive application for high-traffic environments. General Signage: Assisting in the installation of various other interior and exterior signage products as required. Quality Control: Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets our rigorous company standards before client delivery. Qualifications & Requirements Proven Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in vehicle and architectural wrap installations is a must. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cast vinyl characteristics, adhesive technologies, and heat-gun techniques. Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision, especially when dealing with complex curves, recesses, and large-format alignment. Reliability: Strong work ethic, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to project deadlines.
