Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our vibrant educational team. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote active learning and developmental growth
- Support children with classroom activities, including play, arts and crafts, and educational exercises
- Promote positive behavior and social skills through encouragement and modeling
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements
- Assist in monitoring children's progress and providing feedback to teachers for individualized support
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience or hands-on experience working with children in educational or childcare settings preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and development milestones
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages learning and curiosity
- Basic understanding of math concepts suitable for early childhood education
- Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting young learners’ growth and development

Pay: $21.75-$27.28 per hour
