Prep Cook: Full-time and Part-time, $16.50 to $19.50

We are looking to hire a food preparation staff member to help us prepare our healthy meals for production. We are looking for motivated individuals who work well on a team and are committed to helping us produce high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Adherence to CFIA food safety guidelines and protocols
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when completing duties and responsibilities
- Following par sheets for food preparation
- Food preparation for production
- Counting inventory and organizing the cooler
- Daily cleaning of equipment and areas to maintain high sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Needs to have food preparation/kitchen experience
- Motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Fluent in English with proficient verbal and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in schedule and work responsibilities when needed
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, weekends as needed. Shift times are dependent on operational needs.
