Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EXPERIENCED Pest Control Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in B2B sales, marketing, and customer service within the pest control industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, technical sales experience, and a proven track record in business development and account management. Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase pest control service contracts across commercial and residential sectors.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals through coaching and performance management.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that promote pest control services and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain industry knowledge of pest control solutions, competitors’ offerings, and emerging market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to build relationships and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales within the pest control or related industries.
- Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, customer service, and business development.
- Demonstrated success in account management and negotiation with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales processes.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and develop actionable insights.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a sales team toward achieving targets.
- Effective communication skills for engaging clients at all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of pest control products/services is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
