As Frontier Dental Supply, Inc. continues to grow, we are searching for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for positive and high energy individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and love to be part of a growing business that is building a world class service team.
The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:
- Provide exceptional positive customer experience by handling multiple inbound customer channels, including phone, email inquiries, and live chat.
- Proactively address and respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments to understand processes and execute them with proficiency.
- Perform various tasks to support our sales team’s efforts, such as processing order payments or making invoice adjustments as needed.
- Adopt a learning mindset to continually improve your dental industry knowledge to better support customers.
- Navigate both Canadian and US business operations, working with various SKUs in an e-commerce or B2B environment.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Previous experience in customer, handling multiple inbound channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and confident with a friendly and polite demeanor.
Ability to use sound judgement and make well-informed decisions while interacting with customers to ensure best possible experience.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively address customer concerns and diffuse “hot” situations.
- A proactive self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to various administrative projects and tasks.
- Experience in the dental industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in French is required.
