Develop strategy and start execution of rolling out the service across Canada and parts of USA.
Own business growth, establishing and driving execution of company’s policies and programs in a dynamic and highly competitive space.
Redevelop organizational structure and formulate overall personnel planning considering current needs and the pace of business growth.
Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
Develop and execute the motivation system for the whole organization, after establishing clear mid-term and long-terms objectives along with KPIs for the company.
Establish, negotiate, and develop new partnerships with local and national suppliers.
Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement the optimization of the supply chain, including establishment and automation of own processing and distribution facility, technical modernization of transportation fleet, and development of innovative solutions for quality control of delivered products during transportation.
Lead the project on development and implementation of new e-commerce platform
Create a fun, motivated, safe, collaborative, and high energy work culture while growing the business.
Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
5+ years of managerial experience in corporate sales/trade/delivery services
Must have entrepreneurial spirit, be willing to build brand new operations from ground zero. Prior entrepreneurial experience is a must.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce.
Ability to manage 20+ persons.
Ability to understand and set technical requirements. Background in IT/Engineering is strongly preferred for introduction of new technologies and rolling out new projects
