Sushi Chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Manage inventory and prep ingredients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sushi chef preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sushi / Kitchen Line Cook
Responsibilities:
- Assist sushi chefs with preparation
- Learn to make sushi and kitchen skills
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
Requirements:
- Willing to learn and hardworking
- Positive attitude and team player
- No experience required (training provided)
