We are seeking a friendly and energetic Children's party helper to assist in organizing, supervising, and participating in activities for children. This role involves creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for young guests while providing excellent guest services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess strong communication skills to facilitate group activities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and leading children's activities and games in a group setting
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participating children during activities
- Support the setup and cleanup of activity areas before and after events
- Engage with children to foster a positive and inclusive environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions or concerns promptly
- Handle guest interactions professionally, including managing guest services and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity spaces throughout the event
- Referee/Coach/Manage Groups. Catering to our guests. Organizing Games.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or childcare settings is preferred
- Must know about soccer
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities, to lead group activities confidently
- Customer service experience to ensure positive guest interactions
- Ability to handle payment if required
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for engaging with children and families
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to dynamic environments
- Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
