LED Print & Sign Solutions is a growing signage and print company based in Langley, BC, and part of the Coronation Recognition Group — an established, multi-location recognition and awards business with deep roots in the Lower Mainland. We produce wide format graphics, custom signage, and visual communication solutions for clients across the Greater Vancouver Area. Backed by a stable, growing group of companies, this is a role with real longevity and room to grow with us. We're looking for a detail-oriented print professional to join our team in a role that spans wide format printing production, quality output, and job coordination. The role is primarily shop-based, with occasional off-site visits for site measurements and job scoping.
What you'll do
Primary focus: Wide-Format Print production
- Receive work orders from the Client Services team and manage the in-house production schedule
- Set up, operate, and troubleshooting wide format printers (Mimaki roll-to-roll, Mimaki flatbeds, HP Latex) to produce window graphics, vinyls, and more
- Manage RIP software, colour calibration, and print quality checks
- Finish printed materials — laminating, trimming, and mounting
- Maintain equipment and manage substrate inventory
Signage Installation & Coordination
Depending on production demand, you may also get involved in the signage side of the business:
- Coordinate with installation subcontractors — scheduling, site logistics, and follow-up
- Conduct occasional off-site measurements and surveys to support job scoping
- Apply vinyl decals and simple graphics on-site as needed
- Liaise with the Client Services team, clients, and subcontractors to move jobs smoothly from order through to installation
What you bring
- Experience in wide format print production (Minimum 3 years of experience)
- Strong attention to detail and a habit to keep your workspace organized
- A client-first approach and pride in your finished output
- A reliable personal vehicle and a valid BC driver's licence
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritize effectively
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Rasterlink, Flexi Sign Design, or similar RIP and design software
- Experience reading technical drawings or site plans
- Experience operating CNC Router and creating CAD drawings and CAM files
- Hands-on experience with vinyl application or decal work
- Previous coordination or project support experience
