On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals in Ontario, under their Complete Oxygen Care brand. Complete Oxygen Care, a division of Complete Respiratory Care, is a leading provider of healthcare services in the home oxygen, sleep therapy and medical sales sectors and was founded on a commitment to provide optimal patient care and build strong relationships within the medical community.
Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Business Development at Resolute Health, the Business Development Manager will be accountable to build and maintain strong relationships with hospital respiratory professionals, general practitioners, and physician specialists to grow the Oxygen business within the Ontario service area (Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa) through patient referrals. Your proven track record of success is a direct result of your patient centric approach to business development and ability to build long lasting, value-based relationships. Self-motivated, you know what it takes to achieve your goals and thrive when presented with the challenge of expanding and leveraging your network.
As the ideal candidate you have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a successful business development manager and a background in respiratory therapy or similar education and experience. You understand how patients and health care professionals navigate the health care system as it pertains to respiratory therapy and use these insights to build relationships within the medical community to promote the brand and grow the business. An exceptional communicator, you know the value of listening and are able to build relationships within the medical community based on your experience and understanding of respiratory therapy. You are self-driven to meet defined KPIs many of which are focused on net new business development strategies and you use your business analysis skills to optimize growth within your assigned territory.
