Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Framer/Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves working on various residential and commercial projects, assisting with framing, and general labor tasks. Duties
- Assist with framing structures according to blueprints and schematics
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Install siding, perform restoration work, and contribute to carpentry tasks as needed
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support construction activities
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Assist with the setup, dismantling, and cleanup of job sites
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction, framing, or related trades preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Knowledge finishing, and woo
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $19.71-$30.00 per hour
