Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise editing and videography knowledge with an artistic sensibility to transform raw footage into compelling visual narratives that captivate audiences and highlight the best aspects of our clients' properties.
As a Real Estate Video Editor, you will work closely with our production team to edit and assemble footage, ensuring that the final product meets our high standards of quality and aligns with client expectations. This role requires a strong foundation in video editing software, a good understanding of the real estate trends, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
This is a full-time position in office.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage to create videos and reels ensuring smooth transitions, proper sequencing, and appropriate effects
- Driving to project locations to form a creative vision with team and clients
- Collaborate with the team and clients to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality video content
- Delivering assets to clients
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics into videos to enhance the overall visual experience
- Ensure that all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
- Updating and organizing digital assets
- Frequently calibrating cameras, monitors and softwares to match required colour profiles
Experience:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a video editor
- Highly proficient in Final Cut Pro
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop
- Proficiency in CapCut
- Strong understanding of Sony Log Profiles and LUTS
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques
- Knowledge of current trends in video editing and visual storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the creative team
