THE COMPANY & CULTURE
Founded more than 20 years ago, our client is a privately owned, well-established fleet maintenance services provider with deep roots in the commercial trucking industry. Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, they service and repair tractors, trailers, tank trailers, and liftgates for commercial fleets through fixed service centres, mobile on-site maintenance units, and over-the-road breakdown response, supported by a proprietary managed-maintenance technology platform. Their primary clients are private fleets, with for-hire fleets as a secondary market, and their broader customer base includes major private and national fleet operators. The culture is values-driven and hands-on: the team works from the office when not in front of customers, with an emphasis on work ethic, early starts, and hustle. The sales team is supportive and experienced, with meaningful training and mentorship available, and the company is actively investing in growing its sales organization.
