Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The role involves performing inspections, identifying pest issues, and applying safe and effective treatments across residential and commercial properties
Responsibilities
- Ontario Structural Pest Control Technician License (required)
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Physically fit – able to carry equipment and access tight spaces
- Good communication skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
Skills
- Strong sales skills to confidently explain and promote pest control services to clients
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for pest management tasks
- Familiarity with pest control equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to assess situations and apply effective solutions
- Clear verbal communication for interacting with clients and explaining services
- Attention to detail for thorough inspections and accurate treatment applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced field environment
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and basic tech tools
- Valid Ontario Structural Exterminator License (preferred; training available for the right candidate)
- Physical stamina to carry equipment and access attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor areas
