```Duties:
- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles in the body shop
- Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates for insurance companies and customers
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers regarding repair estimates and approvals
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of repair estimates, approvals, and completed work
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Cash handling experience is preferred
