Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver/Labourer to join our team. This role involves operating vehicles to transport materials and performing manual labour tasks to support various projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, and possess a valid AZ or DZ driving license. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, or supplies to various project locations
- Load /unload tools, equipment and materials onto trucks and transport them, as required, to and from project sites
- Tarping, strapping, and securing loads to ensure safe transportation
- Setup and de-mobilize job sites
- Assisting skilled tradespeople, assembling equipment, or assisting in any way needed
- Conducting daily, documented inspections (MTO/circle checks) of vehicles, checking fluid levels, and keeping cabs clean
- Performing physical work on sites, such as loading/unloading, cleaning, digging, site cleanup, installing materials, and handling equipment
- Follow all safety protocols at project sites
- Provide labour support for site crew, where needed
- Direct traffic, when necessary, to ensure safety of pedestrians, motorists and work crew
- Lawn care, yard maintenance, or groundskeeping of office lawn during summer and snow clearance / salting during winter
- Track and renew licence plates / safeties for trucks and other company vehiclesLoad and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and securement during transit
- Perform manual labour tasks including heavy lifting, moving, and organizing supplies or equipment on-site
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during vehicle operation
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of tools and vehicles used in daily operations
Requirements
- Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds or more) regularly
- Prior experience driving commercial or large vehicles is preferred but not required
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work outdoors and perform manual labour tasks as needed
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:
