Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer accounts and records.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Engage in sales activities such as upselling products or services to enhance customer experience and revenue.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Support team efforts by providing feedback on common customer concerns and suggesting process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
