Fitness Equipment Installation Technician
Location: Calgary, AB | Pay: $21.00–$24.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Safely lift and carry fitness equipment up to 600lbs (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, gyms, and weights).
- Deliver, install, and service equipment at both residential and commercial sites.
- Report on completed jobs and process payments from customers.
- Use smartphone apps (e.g., Google Calendar) to manage schedules.
- Read and follow manufacturer assembly instructions.
- Use tools and a multimeter for troubleshooting (training provided).
- Solve mechanical and technical issues as they arise.
- Work collaboratively with our service and sales teams.
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service.
- Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles.
- Dispose of packaging/recycling responsibly both in the field and at company locations.
- Travel for installs and manufacturer training as needed.
- Obtain and maintain security clearances for government facilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy items (must be able to team lift 600lbs).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm (occasional evenings, OT available).
- 1+ year of heavy lifting experience (required).
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
Full time position
Pay: $21.00–$24.00/hour (review at 3 months for wage increase and benefits eligibility)
Additional Pay: Bonus pay, Overtime pay, Tips
