As a member of our team, you will work under the supervision of an Installer or Lead Installer to install HVAC equipment and accessories. You will assist with the installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as accessories. You will also install and/or perform service on IAQ (indoor air quality) products and equipment while working with controls, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as good communication skills. A journeyman’s license is a definite asset. Experience performing HVAC equipment installation and start-ups is required. The ability to solder, weld, braze, perform minor field fabrication, and the ability to work with power tools is also essential. Team work is a priority and installer helpers must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, in addition to working overtime, night, and weekend hours.
All employees must be able to pass our criminal background check and driving record check.
