Join the team running Smoking Section — everything smoked low and slow, sliced and carved to order. You'll assist during peak hours, help with Thursday prep, and take ownership of Sunday service solo (sandos, Square, close, clean).
- Assist during busy hours Fri/Sat
- Thursday prep support
- Run Sunday service independently, including Square/cash handling and close
- Restaurant experience — you know how to run a shift and leave it spotless
- Food Handler Certification required
- Food truck setting — busy, hot, fast
$20–24/hr + average weekly tipout $200+
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
