Mati is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and bar team.
This role is ideal for an experienced bartender with a background in fine dining or upscale hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is ready to step into a leadership position.
We are looking for someone who brings energy, organization, and a genuine love for hospitality to the floor every day.
What You’ll Do

Lead and support the bar team during service

Oversee execution of our cocktail and wine program

Manage ordering, inventory, organization, and cost control

Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation, and quality standards

Train, coach, and develop bartenders and support staff

Monitor beverage sales trends and provide feedback on menu performance

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Collaborate closely with ownership and FOH leadership to maintain seamless service flow
What We’re Looking For

Experienced bartender with fine dining or upscale restaurant background

Previous bar management or senior/lead bartender experience preferred

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment

Confident leadership presence and strong communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Passion for hospitality and guest experience
