Your Key Responsibilities
Lead by Example: Perform and master all standard team duties, including customer service, order preparation, and ensuring deliveries run smoothly.
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and supervise a shift crew of 3 to 15+ employees, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment.
Store Operations: Take full ownership of restaurant operations during your shift, from opening/closing procedures to maintaining inventory and cash control.
Customer Excellence: Greet customers warmly, handle phone orders with an enthusiastic attitude, and resolve any customer inquiries with professionalism.
Quality Control: Ensure the team crafts fast, accurate, and consistent pizzas that strictly comply with our recipes, portion sizes, and baking standards.
Cleanliness & Standards: Maintain pristine cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant (front of house and back of house) and uphold high professional grooming and appearance standards.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in pizza restaurant management or fast-casual food service leadership (Required).
Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle/transportation.
Availability: Full, open availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for great food.
