What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new property acquisition opportunities aligned with company growth goals
- Research markets, neighborhoods, and trends to uncover strong investment opportunities
- Build relationships with property owners, agents, brokers, wholesalers, and industry professionals
- Negotiate deals confidently and professionally to secure favorable acquisition terms
- Coordinate property evaluations, inspections, due diligence, and financial reviews
- Prepare acquisition summaries and proposals for leadership review
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active leads and opportunities through CRM systems
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
- Manage contracts, documentation, and administrative tasks related to acquisitions
- Follow up consistently and keep deals moving forward from first contact to closing
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in acquisitions, sales, real estate, or negotiations is an asset, but not a requirement
- A strong desire to learn, improve, and become excellent at what you do
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- A competitive mindset with the discipline to stay consistent
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly valued
