Our Customer Service Team is an excellent way to begin your career at Chef Works Canada!
Our Customer Service Representatives responds to inquiries from customers and sales team members and assists customers with the selection of product from catalogs or the internet. They also answers questions on product availability and makes suggestions for alternate product selections and enter orders into the company’s customer relationship management, order entry and embroidery systems. Additionally, they request payment from customers for overdue balances and assists customers with the credit application process.
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package; including bonus and benefit programs.
Selected candidate will initially work remotely from their home, with the intention of working on-site in our offices in Richmond Hill, post Covid. A full training program is provided to all new hires.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
