The Inn on Long Lake, located in beautiful Nanaimo, BC, is currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team of hospitality professionals. We are currently accepting applications for Front Desk Agents for our Front Office Department.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Interacting professionally with guests and co-workers.
- Performing all registration, departure, and reservation tasks.
- Handling guests’ requests and complaints.
- Following proper privacy and security procedures.
- 30-40 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Previous experience in a front desk is a must
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices
- Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
