As a Team Lead, Recovery Services, you will provide leadership, support, supervision, and consultation to Recovery Support Workers (RSWs) while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the program. In this role, you will coordinate operational activities, support staff in delivering high-quality resident care, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote effective service delivery. You will use strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, agility, and systems-thinking skills to address complex issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the ASPIRE Care Manager, you will work collaboratively with other Team Leads and members of the interdisciplinary team to model and promote a recovery-oriented approach to care grounded in the principles of wellness, recovery, and home. Through person-centred practices, you will support residents in developing skills, increasing independence, and enhancing community inclusion as part of their journey toward community living. As a champion for change, you will support the ongoing implementation and evolution of ASPIRE Homes and contribute to advancing quality care initiatives within Alberta Hospital Edmonton.
