As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy work from home environment. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.
This is the job for you if:
You excel at handling customer inquiries of varying types
You are an active listener and can leverage probing question skills
You have a proven track record for hitting performance targets
You bring an enthusiastic personality with exceptional communication skills
You are available for 3 weeks of training from 4pm - 1am (Mon - Fri)
You are interested in an eventual 9 hr shift with a start time from 11pm CST - 12:30AM CST after training and 30 days in production on the evening shift (4pm to 1am)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency
Strong Multitasker; able to navigate in several computer platforms at once
Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in customer service and/or call center
High school diploma or equivalent
