SCOPE: Responsible for processing customer orders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Ø Enter orders
Ø Set up / revise dockets – maintain dockets – customer approvals
Ø Liaison between customer, sales representative and purchasing to resolve any discrepancies.
Ø Attach PO’s, confirmations and spec approvals to dockets and orders
Ø Build sustainable relationships and trust with sales reps and customers through open and interactive communication.
COMPETENCIES:
Ø Demonstrates good communication, takes initiative and works well in a team environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Experience in customer service
Ø Proficient computer skills
Ø Professional attitude, appearance and teamwork
Ø Solid written, communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
