Lions Concrete Cutting & Coring Inc. is seeking a motivated and personable Business Development & Client Relations Representative to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting new people, and helping customers find solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities throughout the Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph regions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries
- Follow up on quotes and pending opportunities
- Visit construction sites, contractor offices, property managers, municipalities, and industrial facilities
- Build and maintain relationships with project managers, estimators, site supervisors, and decision-makers
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client visits
- Track leads, customer interactions, and opportunities within company systems
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities as required
- Work closely with management to identify growth opportunities and strategic accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident demeanor
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable spending time both in the office and in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in construction, industrial services, business development, account management, or customer service is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary of $65,000 - $70,000 per year
